Pairing the Fitbit

Hello, I joined MyFitnessPal yesterday. I need help pairing my fitbit to the program? The instruction looks easy but is not working for me. Anyone have an easy solution?

Without explaining what you are doing and where you run into a problem, it is really hard for someone to give tips. I just followed the instructions on here with no problem.
