protein shake meal prep

The following is my go to protein shake, just curious how I can make it before hand so it is almost ready to have in the morning? I just want to avoid skipping breakfast or having toast because I'm lazy and then I end up overeating/being unhealthy.
Chocolate Protein shake: 1/2 cup soy milk, 1/2 cup water, 1 chocolate whey protein powder scoop, chia seeds.
Fruit protein shake: splash of juice, 1 cup greek yogurt, 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, vanilla whey protein powder and sometimes I add greens.
Would I be able to put this all in the cup the night before and then blend in the morning?

Give it a try. It will probably work for you.
The chia seeds will sort of thicken the shake after they have been sitting in liquid for a while. The greens and maybe the strawberries could change texture a little.

Forget the shakes.
A handful of trail mix would do just as well and there is no prep once it's made in bulk. I personally make my own from Walnuts, pumpkin seed kernels, dried cranberries and dark chocolate chips. The mixture contains ample protein (from pumpkin seeds), fat and carbs along with fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants (the cranberries, walnuts and dark chocolate) and it's easy to make in bulk and it stores well. I just grab a scoop and go when I need to. I have little half cup containers and filled up I know what the calorie content is every time.
Although I agree breakfast can be an important part of your day, fueling up before you start your day is a good idea but not entirely necessary unless you have energy issues.
Personally I don't eat breakfast until much later in the morning, usually around 4-5 hours after waking because I am just not hungry. I've been doing this for at least 10 years. No energy issues.
Shakes may be your thing but also be careful. Many of the commercial protein powders contain a lot of garbage and can affect your body in potentially harmful ways. Plus since protein contains calories, consuming too much can actually make losing weight more difficult — especially if you drink protein shakes in addition to your usual diet, and you're not exercising. The average adult needs 46 to 56 grams of protein a day, depending on weight and overall health. And if you rely too heavily on protein shakes to replace regular meals, you'll miss out on the nutritional benefits of whole foods like the aforementioned trail mix.5
