I just wanted to thank you all for your fabulous advice a few weeks ago. I started a thread extremely frustrated about a 3-month long plateau and everyone recommended that I increase my calorie goals to fuel the extra exercise I had began. Well in the 2 weeks since I've been eating 1400 calories a day instead of 1200 I've lost 4 pounds. So THANK YOU! You guys are awesome :)
