Im 6 months prego! ๐๐ช๐ผ Right now im using this app to track my calorie and fat intake to maintian a healthy weight during my pregnancy. After my daughter is born my diet will be focused heavily on nutrition for healthy weight loss while breast feeding. if your also a new momma or interested in swapping ideas for food add me!

Iโm currently at 30 weeks and have jumped back on here today to try and do the most I can to slow down unnecessary weight gain over the next 10 weeks! Iโll also be looking for a healthy diet for a breastfeeding mummy post delivery. Would love toswap ideas/recipes...and anything else that might be helpful1
