Motivation needed

Hi all!
I am trying to lose weight for the 10000 time... I was overweight before, lost 20 kgs and promised that I would never get the weight back. After this, I got a severe depression and gained even more weight and now I am heavier than I was initially. I am now trying to lose it but unfortunately I keep failing to stick to a diet/exercise plan. I am honestly trying to get on track and thought about getting some inspiration and motivation so I can finally feel good with myself again.
