Hi there, I'm Joe, 21 & very overweight. I'm mostly posting in regards to myself to stop backing down and giving into my depression/food addiction. It is extremely difficult and most definitely not an easy thing to "control" as such but I do want to get back on track and continue the progress I had made instead of going backwards.
I lost 77lbs over the course of the last 8 months overall but 2019 has been a non-stop cycle of terrible eating so far. Consistently back to my "habits" of what I strongly believe to be some form of food addiction that I've adapted to over 8-9 years of being Overweight/Obese.
I'm a very big individual but I know I want to change my life for the better, I truly do. So here's to hoping my post here, my start once again to getting back on track is the next step I needed in order for this motivation.
Most definitely very awkward for me to post here as I've never ever posted publicly but here's to hoping it'll boost my motivation even if it's a little.
