Looking for a buddy or buddies to help keep me on track!

Hello MFP community! I would love to start a group of friends on here to keep each other on track with our weight loss goals. I’m trying to keep myself from being too strict because it always backfires with binging. I’m an active college student and I do a lot of weight lifting, but I recently gained a lot of weight in a very unhealthy way, so I’m trying to lose some weight steadily and consistently. I would really really appreciate anyone willing to be buddies!

    Believe me I understand where your at.
    I started counting my calories, but even then I’ll come home from work and want to binge! It takes a lot of will power. I’m coming along slowly but surely! I know you can too!
