Hi All,
Where to start? I suppose by stating this will be my 2nd time round. First time around I lost just over 3stone and found the app really useful but then I stopped using it. Now 3yrs on ive put all that weight back on and a bit more.
I’m naturally a big guy so I’ve been able to carry the weight but recently have started picking up more injuries playing sport which I attribute to my weight gain.
So now to set my goal.
Our first child was born October 2018 so for his first birthday I want to have lost 70lbs. That’s it I’ve said it I know it’s going to be hard but I always like a challenge.
Also best of luck to everyone else who are on their own journey.
