Help ! Want 1 year premium package

I want to purchase the one year premium but it won’t let me ? It says on my iPhone max to hit my side botton to finish purchase , So i did that and it says “ can’t make payment “ then I have to hit ok . Tried for 2 days

Check with your bank- maybe they’re blocking the transaction- thinking it’s a fraudulent charge. Happened to me before with another site. Don’t know for sure if that’s it, but...🤷‍♀️
