Changing up workouts

Hi everyone,
I usually run about 4 miles a day and I love it. I really don't take a day off even though I probably should. We are on vacation now and even though there is a treadmill in the workout room there is also a bike. Since I have been running every day for a long time would it be a good idea to change things up and ride the bike? I have no idea how much I weigh now but four days ago before we left I was only three pounds away from my goal, so I don't want to have any setbacks. Is riding a stationary bike just as good for your cardio as running?
Thank you!!!
