Calorie Count Log and Strength Training- How do I calculate this? Is it necessary?

Forgive me if I am posting this in the wrong spot.
I just started doing a different routine (adding weights, squats, etc) to my workout, but I don't see a place where I can add calories burned.
Is it necessary for me to figure out how many calories were burned when I do any strength training, or can I just skip this?
I was curious what other users do when they lift weights as far as logging in calories.
Thanks so much.
