Trying to get healthy

Hi everyone! I have my first day with my personal trainer tomorrow. I have been struggling quite a bit with my weight and self image. I want to feel healthy and strong and go about it the right way. I have quit smoking for 6 months which I’m very proud of, but I’ve gained 20lbs. I also started running a lot and run a race every month, but I’m gaining weight rather then losing because I tend to binge eat especially when I’m stressed or feeling down. I go to food for emotional support. Running has helped me out a lot, but I think I just need some support from other people who are also on the same journey of getting healthy. Do you guys have any advice for me especially how to have a better relationship with food?
