Hi, I am doing OMAD with slight room for a snack (technically not OMAD then, but I need the snack to be sane). It has been 3 days. Today is my fourth day. I want to do keto OMAD after 7 day of normal OMAD. Is there anyone who's doing keto OMAD?

    I would like to be eventually, in my fourth week of keto, will hopefully be fat adapted enough to attempt OMAD soon!
