New user focused on nutrition and exercise

Hi. Just started using the app and am loving it. My macro distributions are 50/30/20 and the apps been great at helping me see where I’m at. My goals are to gain more muscle. Im petite, female, 18-20% body fat. Work out cardio 30 mins a day/5x a week and strength exercise 60-90 mins 3x week. Just started incorporating BCAAs and a serving of protein powder, so excited to see progress , if any.
