Hey everyone. It's Day one of my New Start and I want to get back to how I used to be before I gave birth. One of my goals is to start walking 5k a day. I am in my late 30s and need some motivation. Looking for friends that can not only support me but need someone to have their back too. I am a person who doesn't believe in "you cannot do that" or "your crazy, you're to old for that". I believe in showing those who say I cannot do something that I can do it and leave them picking their jaws off the ground. I believe the first step to any success is having the right attitude and I know it may take me time but I am going to get to where I want to be. Nice to meet you all. Add me please if you want to give and take motivation.

    I feel you! I have two children myself, and if I could get back into my pre-pregnancy body, I would die happy. My goal is to run a sub-27 minute 5k by the end of the summer. We can do this!! 💪💪

    What ever your goal is, Just keep logging in and be honest with your diary. Even if you have a bad week. The accountability to yourself seeing how much you put in your body is what I like about this app. Don't focus too hard on one goal, the important thing is to just keep moving everyday.
