Vegetarian Low Carb high protein ideas

You'd probably be better off focusing on foods that have some protein and are lowish in carbs and trying to get a variety at all meals. Often the issue with low protein is ignoring it in certain meals. For that, whole eggs is one option (v. low carb, but more fat than protein).
Other good vegetarian sources of protein that are low-ish carb are soy (about 10 g of protein and just over 1 g of carbs for around 80 cal in extra firm tofu), seitan (about 17 of protein for 3 g net carbs in about 90 cal), and cottage cheese. Greek yogurt and cottage cheese are high in protein but will have more carbs. Nuts and seeds will have some carbs (and more fat than protein), but should fit into a low carb diet in moderation.
If you get in a lot of veg (which you should!) that should contribute some protein too.
Protein powder is an option too.0
