I start to run 5 K , i am doing pretty good. My biggest problem is after 2-3 hours I start to have appetite of something sweet, my body yells for sugar. Can someone give me an advice??? Thank you

you need to eat back your exercise calories anyway so maybe just plan a snack or meal for a few hours after your run. personally I tend to run just before a meal anyway.2

You probably need to eat some more carbs after your run?
Are you eating back your running calories?2 -
It helps me if I make sure I've eaten before I run too, and drink plenty of water0
