Hey howdy there all, I've been using MyFitnessPal on and off for the last three plus years but am ready to use it every day. I'm on day 20 of a Nutritarian way of eating and I feel amazing. Losing weight is an awesome side effect to getting healthier (down 10 pounds in 20 days) and how energetic I feel! I'm trying to walk at least 10,000 steps a day and am starting to do 6 flights of stairs Mon, Wed, and Friday as well as some standing push-ups using a door frame or railing here at work. I'm 6' 2" and 240 pounds so I have another 60-70 to lose, but I believe I can get there if I just keep doing the next right thing, make the next right decision when it comes to what I put in my mouth and how I use my body. I'm glad to be a part of the MFP community!
