I am 81 years of age and struggle with my weight. I know I don't always get the exercise I need but have had heart valve replacement and Knee replacement.

I commend you for trying. That’s the first step. If you can even just walk down to the end of your block or just a couple houses away, it’s a start. That’s what I’m doing. I have a severely bad back and walking hurts my hips. But I’ve started just walking around the corner and back.0

I say god bless you for trying to get some exercise! Any little short walk will be good or maybe exercising in a chair yoga or in a swimming pool. I wish you the very best of luck on your journey!0
