    For a short space of time I think it's fine. If it continues for longer than a week or so I'd start being slightly concerned.

    Never. I am always ready to eat. I'm not always starving, but I always want to eat. When I'm running a lot, I'm usually more hungry, but even when I'm not as active, I am always looking forward to my next meal.

    I do experience that occasionally. The first two weeks of "dieting" I am starving constantly, but usually the 3rd week I will have to force myself to get up to my calorie goal. And there are a lot of mornings that the thought of food makes me sick, but again I force something down otherwise I wouldn't make it an hour into my work day without feeling faint
