Keto makes your muscles look tiny??

Ive tried the Keto before and actually found it pretty easy to follow but i was pressured to quit after just one week because i felt like after not having carbs and losing water weight my muscle looked like a skinny kids, i personally would enjoy dieting much more with a more “full” look anyone else experienced this? Anything you did to possibly Change this? would like to give the diet another shot but dont want to look like ive lost all my hard work.
