Coming off very low diet... just binge ate

I know I shouldn’t be hard on myself because I have done so well. Since Dec 31, I have lost close to 30lbs, I work out by lifting weights 5-6 days a week and go for a jog 2-4 times a week. Today I even jogged 3 miles straight for the first time in 10 years, but I felt like I was starving all day. I am trying to slowly increase my calories and have slowly been watching the scale creep up and I am slightly terrified. Well I cracked and binge ate tonight. I know it won’t make a huge differnce as long as I don’t fall back into old habits and maintain my healthier lifestyle. I would like to lose 5-10lbs but much slower... another reason why I’m increasing my calories... however when I was eating a very restricted and low calorie diet.. I honestly didn’t feel as hungry as I was today.

You have to obey your body and it sounds like that’s what you did with your binge. All is well so keep marching forward.1
