Best workout split?

This is the previous questions I asked just yesterday and really appreciate the responses I got. Now I was looking into some good programs and came across these two and was wondering if anyone would recommend starting out with this midweek or should wait it out till next week.

I was thinking about doing this one first https://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/dumbbell-only-home-or-gym-fullbody-workout.html

Then transition into this one https://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/dumbbell-only-upper-lower-workout-routine as let's say a couple of months went by and I felt I was ready to move on.
