One week in, already down 3lbs! I know how to workout but tracking calories has always been my downfall. Looking for similar peeps on weight loss journey for support and accountability.

Hamstrings Curls 4 x 12
Leg Extensions 4 x 12
Standing Calf Raises 4 x 25
Single Standing Leg Curl 4 x 10
Seated Calf Raises 4 x 25
Walk on treadmill 30min interval incline3 -
