Just finished eating ready to go to the gym looking for a partner

    I have a date with a treadmill at my gym at around 5:30 pm. So dreading it!

    Yes I can’t wait either. Some people treat the gym as a punishment and they stop going, so instead have fun and see the results. I’m a big guy and I see some good stuff happening

    Thankfully my office has a great gym just two floors down... keeps me from skipping a day
