I have recently started using Fitness Pal as my primary fitness tracking platform. Primarily looking for people with muscle gain targets, but everyone else would be welcomed too as a My Fitness Pal friend!

I’m down over 60lbs now, I was a cv monster which I loved but I’m now lifting 4 times per week to get better shape and build more muscle so I burn fat more efficiently, happy to add you basit 😉0
