It really does tell the whole story. So I have been trying to loose 10 pounds for the last 6 weeks. For the month of February the scale didn't seem to move at. all. I kept logging my daily weigh ins in the Happy Scale app. I am down 6 pounds in 6 weeks. It wasn't linear but the results are there. Plus I have lost inches. Believe in the system and keep doing the work!! I have 3.5 pounds to go!!

    I completely agree. Seeing all that data gives you the tools to make better decisions.
