Over or Under

I grew up in a house where the toilet paper was alway hanging under. I do agree that it does make it easier to get the exact amount of paper you want off with one hand as mentioned in your article.
However, now that I'm the grownup hanging the toilet paper and cleaning the house, I do find that the over method makes for a lot less lint on the toilet paper rod. So that's what I go with now.

I always put it under because my mom said it was the wrong way, and I'm a rebel like that

The original patent for the roll-holder showed the paper going over, but I really feel like it's best to factor in logistics and decide from there. Every bathroom is different; a unique and original snowflake.

    Who uses those flushable wipes?

I used to use them on my kids when they were just learning to be toilet trained and learning to wipe.

Why would you bring this up???? :)

I have a cheapo vertical thingy I probably got at Target or Walmart for my paper towels but I'd say over also.
