Hi everyone, Ive been stuck at 170 for about a month. I'm beyond frustrated even though i have already lost 47 lbs. Lately ive found myself obsessing with what time I'm eating at and what to eat. I'm taking out all the joy in eating because I'm so obsessed with it. I'm trying so hard to break thru this weight and its not working. I'm not sure what to do anymore. I'm obsessing and always hungry. I guess this is more of a vent.. but any tips to help me break thru the 170 are more than welcomed.

Open your diary and I bet you'll get more help!

How many calories are you eating? Are you weighing/measuring your food? Are you using a HRM or MFP to track calorie burn?

First, yes, start working on consistently logging everything that enters your body.
Second, I find it helps me to pre-log everything I'm going to eat in a day. I can see where my numbers are, and adjust accordingly to fit my macros/calorie goals. Then, I can look forward to the foods I'm going to be eating for the day. It actually makes me excited looking at all the yummy.
Third, make sure you're always netting above 1200 calories. But you'll be happier if you eat closer to your goal.
