Why women should go to the gym

Alright ladies,

Heavy weight will not make you look like a man.

Setting the treadmill on an incline and walking for 90 minutes is NOT the best way to burn fat.

Steady state cardio at 60 percent max heart rate for fat loss is a fitness myth from the late 80s.

Throwing in a solid session of weights two or three times a week is good for you when combined with cardio and a solid nutrition plan. If you want to see what lifting weights can do for you, check this video out. Tell me that these girls look like men and I will call you jealous.

  • These girls have my ideal body. Perfectly toned and strong. As a matter of fact I took before photos today to see if I could end up like these girls with a clean diet and weight training.

    Agree...and just wanted to add, If you hate the gym, don't let that stop you. Get some weights for home and a good solid plan.
