New Beginning

Well after years of yo-yo dieting using slimming world and weight watchers I’ve decided to be kinder to my body and myself and focus on exercise with healthy eating habits. X

    A good plan! Take a bit of time to figure out what works for YOU (pretty much any "diet" works ... IMO the important thing is to find a strategy that you can see yourself following forever. Think lifestyle change, not "diet".) The first part of this is really a learning process.

    Once you settle on a forever strategy, focus on consistency vs. perfection. You will have an occasional "off plan" day. Learning to have one of those and jump right back on plan is part of the process.

    Finally, I strongly suggest browsing the challenges and groups to find one that resonates with you. Look for a group that has been ongoing for a while so that you can count on it being there for you tomorrow. Support and accountability are really helpful!
