Reverse Diet after undereating

I have been under-eating (under 1000 calories) the last 3 months. I just realized that this is not good for my metabolism. It has really got me depressed as I do not want to overshoot my weight (I've done it before). Can i increase my calories without tracking my macros? I only know how to count calories and dont want to go into counting macros as it will further stress the process. I also want to ask if i should still continue with my 30 minute workouts? I thought i was doing good things for my health but it turns out being the opposite. This sudden realization, I have been overeating this past week. I really need help with this and I am obsessively thinking about it.

It's great you realized how unhealthy this is for you. You can focus on just tracking calories but not macros. The way MFP works, it will always show some macros/micros in your food diary, but you can ignore those if you want to. In general, exercise is good for health but be sure to give yourself at least 1 day off a week for recovery. If you continue to feel obsessive about food or your weight, you should consider talking with a professional for help.

What are your stats? You can set up MFP to gain .5 per week and count your calories, based on weighing all your food on a digital food scale. You don't have to track macros, but it can helpful to ballpark them to make sure you're getting enough protein which is important to muscle retention and satiety. If log in MFP, it will give your macro breakdown each day and it's easy enough to keep an eye on without going crazy.
Yes, you can continue your workouts.

I'd suggest setting MFP at "maintenance" for a week and (to help with the freakout potential at that number and also to avoid slamming your digestive process all at once which isn't bad but can be uncomfortable), add calories every day until you approximate your maintenance number. I concur with paying attention to getting enough protein.
