Trying to lose weight! Need some help along the way!

Hi I’m Kaitlynn! I’ve recently joined I weighed last week in at 174 and decided it was time for a change! So I did some looking around and found this app! So far it has been a great help! My goal is to lose 30 pounds! Do you think I can do it? I need someone that I’m able to communicate with so I can get help along the way! I look forward to meeting some new people who have the same feeling I do!

    Yes, you can do it. It requires 3 things though.

    - Diligence. You've got to honestly and accurately log your calories every day.
    - Sacrifice. You're gonna have to cut back on how much you eat and learn to live with smaller portions or occasional hunger.
    - Determination. You have to stick to it. Some days you may feel discouraged or decide to "cheat" and you can't let days like that become weeks or months. You put it behind you and start back the next day with fresh resolve.

    Calories In Calories Out is simple physics. Burn more calories than you consume on average and you'll lose weight over the long haul.
