Save a recipe from the mfp videos recipes

Hiya I was wondering if there is a way to save a recipe from the videos mfpal has? The only way I can see is with taking a snapshot with my phone but I can't enlarge the video? Thanks in advance

    Usually the recipes in the videos have an article written about them as well. You can search the blog for the written recipe: https://blog.myfitnesspal.com/author/mfp-rod/
