How long would cook chicken breast boneless last in the refrigerator? I want to make some for my whole work week.

I commonly keep cooked chicken in the fridge for a week, or slightly more. I do all of my cooking for the week on one day.

I never keep cooked foods, leftovers, prepared foods longer than 3 days. You could go ahead and cook it all for prep then immediately freeze half of it and thaw it in the fridge the day before you need it. I make my own little microwave meals ahead of time for convenience.

I would never recommend keeping prepared foods in the fridge past a few days. That's asking for trouble. Especially chicken 🤢

    I agree with this.

You can keep it in the fridge up to a week, but usually if I am going to prepare it for the whole week I vacuum seal half of it (Pre cooked) and throw it in the freezer. Vacuum sealer is a solid investment for meal prep for sure. Especially if you don't have time to do 2 prep days.

I'll usually keep it 4-5 days. Truth be told it's probably fine a bit longer but I freak myself out any long than that. If I do prep cooking I usually cook on Sunday and will keep through Thursday.

I'll make my chicken dish (well, chicken and a seasoning) on Sunday and it gets close to being dodgey by Friday but not so dodgey I still can't have some.
