Nervous newbie

Morning everyone
I'm starting out today after an unsuccessful try at a different diet plan that just wasn't working for me . I have 29lb to lose to get into a healthy weight bracket if tried calorie counting before but gave up as I wasn't committed enough to it but this time I need to give it 100%.
Looking for some friends on here to motivate each other along the way, feel free to add me.

If you're consistently in a calorie deficit over time, then you will lose weight.

You've already tackled the biggest thing people are most often most nervous about- sharing with others. Now just keep trying, know you won't be perfect, and remember there is a community and we're all here for the same reason. Nothing to be nervous about - you're going to see change!1
