What do you think about oats biscuits?
Is it enough for my lunch?
Or better to get natural oats?

It's a cookie. I wouldn't call that an appropriate lunch for every day, but then you haven't given us much information. These would help:
1) How many are you planning to eat?
2) How many calories are in the portion you plan to eat?
3) What is your daily calorie goal?
4) Do you have more balanced meals planned for the rest of the day?7 -
I wouldn't eat biscuits for my lunch, they wouldn't be filling enough.
But if it works for you and fits your calories and macros, then why not!5 -

No, this is ridiculous. You need to be eating a minimum of 1500 net calories per day. A biscuit and a piece of fruit is not enough for two meals.10 -
You have to be eating more. Have that biscuit with a glass of milk.2
-
You need to eat the minimum recommended calories for a man, which is 1500, and you need more protein in your diet or you will lose muscle, not fat.9

Your heart is a muscle! Please be careful! Also, if you are overweight you have more muscles than you think because they carry your weight around.3 -
