I wouldn't eat biscuits for my lunch, they wouldn't be filling enough.

But if it works for you and fits your calories and macros, then why not!

Isn't enough and of course I will be hungry but it's okay for me
I feel my belly fat same as last month even I lost 7 kilos in one month

You have to be eating more. Have that biscuit with a glass of milk.

It's a cookie. I wouldn't call that an appropriate lunch for every day, but then you haven't given us much information. These would help:

    1) How many are you planning to eat?
    2) How many calories are in the portion you plan to eat?
    3) What is your daily calorie goal?
    4) Do you have more balanced meals planned for the rest of the day?

My daily calories 1500 but I always stay at1000
And one will be enough for my lunch
And on the dinner it will be some fruits so no meals

No, this is ridiculous. You need to be eating a minimum of 1500 net calories per day. A biscuit and a piece of fruit is not enough for two meals.

I thought it will be enough to lose weight faster.
Thanks I will put a plan

You need to eat the minimum recommended calories for a man, which is 1500, and you need more protein in your diet or you will lose muscle, not fat.

I didn't know that, I didn't think about muscles because I don't have a good ones yet but yes you're completely right thank you so much

You are seriously undereating. That's going to set you up for failure or malnutrition / hair loss / muscle loss.

What Are the Risks of Rapid Weight Loss?

Rapid weight loss creates physical demands on the body. Possible serious risks include:
    • Gallstones, which occur in 12% to 25% of people losing large amounts of weight over several months
    • Dehydration, which can be avoided by drinking plenty of fluids
    • Malnutrition, usually from not eating enough protein for weeks at a time
    • Electrolyte imbalances, which rarely can be life threatening

Other side effects of rapid weight loss include:
    • Headaches
    • Irritability
    • Fatigue
    • Dizziness
    • Constipation
    • Menstrual irregularities
    • Hair loss
    • Muscle loss

Your heart is a muscle! Please be careful! Also, if you are overweight you have more muscles than you think because they carry your weight around.

I personally wouldn't eat biscuits for lunch. Too processed. How about eggs, salad, sandwich
