So I’m kind of new here, I started watching what I eat about four weeks ago, the first week I ate but wasn’t counting calories, then the following week is when i downloaded this app, since I started counting my calories and being active I lost 17 pounds so far, I was at 222 when I started and now I’m at 205 and dropping 😁 can’t wait to see where I’ll be at a month from now
