I'm backkkkk, but not to restrict calories, to make sure I'm getting adequate nutrition on a high raw diet. Looking for friends who also eat Whole Food Plant Based (whether raw or not). Please add me!

    If your goal is to track your micros intake the database here isn't very detailed/accurate. You might do better tracking at Cronometer-they have a really detailed breakdown of micros/nutrients etc. Their database is also geared towards whole foods and is much more accurate, from what I've seen.

    I enjoy MFP for the forums but since I'm interested in a more detailed breakdown of my micros etc, I track over at Cronometer.

    Just started whole food plant based and am doing MyFitnessPal for the same reasons.
