Lateral Pelvic Tilt

I’d love to hear from people who have successfully corrected a lateral pelvic tilt. It’s recently been brought to my attention that I have this.
I’ve struggled with proper posture over the years and after multiple times on crutches (and cutting PT short each time) it’s not a surprise that I have this imbalance. I’m building my strength and weight back up now after recent health issues and really would like to do it right correcting the imbalance and improving form.
I am returning to PT for help but want to hear some personal success stories and tips too

The best I can offer is Iyengar yoga. A form of yoga that concentrates on body alignment.
Talk anything over with your medical team/pt first.
I am working on mine not getting worse as I age. Mine is a bone problem, not muscle, so can’t fully correct, but am finding the yoga very helpful.
