How to really focus? 5 stone to lose!

Hi all,

I’ve been on and off MFP/slimming world for years- mainly SW.
I never want to do SW again and want to focus on calorie counting.
I have 5 stone to lose (5ft8 and 16st9) but I want to lose it in a month and never happy with 1lb loss a week.
How do you stay focused with a 1lb loss a week and I keep using calories on chocolate etc instead of filling foods.
I’m a theatre nurse and 30 in August but my joints etc already feel 50! And I’m tired all the time.
