Hey y'all! My name is Andrew. I'm in the US Army, currently stationed in South Korea, but I'm from California. My current weight is 156 and I'm 6 foot 1. Trying to reach 185 in muscle weight.     Nice you got this I’m bodybuilding and make videos ect to gain weight.

    When I joined the British Army back in 1990 All they let me drink at the bar was Guinness. Every pint is like a meal. It worked.
