Hey guys. Just wondering when you are meant to weigh frozen foods (frozen spring rolls, frozen pizza) before or after cooking them? Does it make a difference like it does with meat? Sorry if this is a dumb question.

Only when the frozen item gives up significant weight when thawing and then only when the USDA calorie quote does not specify frozen specifically. Example: frozen raw shrimp on the USDA list as "raw."
