Good Morning, my name is Cheryl and I am a new member. Looking to lose weight and get back to my optimal health and weight.. any tips when always hungry.. I’m over 40..

Hello! Yes, log all your food. Be honest with yourself while logging. The hunger thing will be an issue at the start especially if you are cutting calories. You will need to play around with foods and keep track of how feel after you ate that item (full, good, hungry). I found and it's not for everyone that having snacks handy likes pears, apples and other items like that which are more fiber rich will help. I sometimes eat my lunch or dinner in parts - meaning have 1/2 right away and the other half later just in case. Also, cutting out and greatly reducing heavily processed foods and drinks will help - especially with cutting the sugar which IMO is a leading cause of that feeling hungry thing. This is just a few of the things I do.1
