Dry curd cotage cheese

In an effort to eat more protein - I bought dry curd cottage cheese. I am not a picky eater - I eat and enjoy pretty much everything... but this?
Not worth the extra protein it has over regular cottage cheese. I added some yogurt and fruit and it’s still not good.
I bought a big tub. 😔 I am sad. I had to share this somewhere. Does anyone enjoy this stuff when it isn’t in perogies?

I had a bit of a shock with it too. I have found that it's okay in things like quiche or I have used it in the centre of an omelette along with some salsa to add some moisture to it.0

Try it mixed in with mashed potato, any rice or pasta dish or something with a sauce like chilli/bolognaise/curry.
I loved it mixed with natyral yoghurt, chopped chilli peppers, garlic and lemon juice. I make it to a "dip" consistency and sometimes use it as a spread too.
It is really versatile so just experiment 😊0
