Lose 10 lbs by June

Hello!

The challenge is simple lose 10lbs by June. That’s 1lb per week.

To keep me on track I’ll be checking in daily.

I’ll be consuming 1700 calories per day with a 40/40/20 split.

I’ve already lost 10lbs since January 1st pics below.

    I’ll join. This is what I’m working towards already and I try to be on here daily. I have an ankle surgery coming up on April 30th so a lot of my work towards this weight loss is calorie counting and holding myself accountable. I can’t wait to be active again though!

    I'm in! Little by little is better than nothing. My current weight is 194.

    First week in challenge, down 2 lbs to 192! :)

    I'm in...this is in line with my slow-but-steady goals for improving my type 2 diabetes.
