Hello friends....need some suggestions and advice.

Below is what I eat in a typical day. I’ve lost 15lbs since January 1st and I am now working out 5 days a week. I’m seeing a bit of a slowdown on the scale and I attribute it to the newly incorporated exercise however I’m wondering if making a bit of a switch will it benefit me in any way?

Typical day:
(I’m Vegetarian)

4:00am wake up - 2 cups of water with fresh squeezed lemon or Lime
4:30am Coffee
6:00am Coffee
7:00am Protein Smoothie
10:00am Banana and 1 cup of Kiwi
12:00pm 2 cups Salad with 1 cup black beans and Greek yogurt dressing
5:30pm Dinner (baked cauliflower with kidney beans and quinoa or Salad ..etc)

My question - should I switch my 10am fruit to oatmeal? Will this benefit me in any way? I want to make sure that I fuelling my body properly given the new exercise. Or perhaps you can suggest another food? Or total makeover!

Interested in any advice :)

It's normal for weight loss to slow down given that the initial loss for most people is water weight.

Meal timing has nothing to do with weight loss. If you feel that you need more energy for your workouts, you can add a snack before you exercise. You should also make sure that you're eating a reasonable number of calories for your stats, and eating back your exercise calories. Finally, if you're new to working out, 5 days a week may be too much, too soon.
