I most often eat raw vegetables and enjoy the crisp crunch of cucumber, carrots, bell peppers and snap peas.
Yet, this morning, about to poach my eggs with a covered stone pan, I threw in the tomatoes first. What a welcomed taste difference! I also wilted my spinach while the pan steamed.

So, if you are becoming less excited about raw vegetables - give them a quick, steam, poach, stir-fry or bake.
Add seasoning for extra flavour.
