I posted a pic of what my goal is, I know everyone has different structures when it comes to fitness and what they look like. I weigh much more then I have ever been before and it’s only because I’m not staying on track. Just need someone who can guid me in the right direction to reaching my goal. I’m willing to put in the hard work and eat clean but I need helpful tips and guidance to reach it. Someone who know how to get lean and loose weight.
