Related to buying a bunch of clothes in my goal weight, which turns out might not have been such a smart move after all, what, if anything, do you you treat yourself to when you hit a goal- major or minor?
Feeling that 5 lbs would be a real challenge due to lowered metabolism and meds, I promised myself a little necklace which is now serving as a talisman that I can lose weight with discipline.
For 10lbs, I'm letting myself get my hair dyed.
For 20 lbs, I'm getting a bottle of EDT of a scent I've only had a tester for.
The clothes were intended for about my end 30 lb goal.
It's sort of a slow reinvention, hopefully.

Buying clothes that fit right changed everything for me. Yeah, it was expensive. But seeing as weight loss saved my life, it was some of the best money I ever spent. Try it. Just try one outfit along the way. Checkout consignment shops if the cost is an issue. Just an experiment. Could be fun.0
